Check-in

4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Please let us know your planned arrival time, ideally the day before, so we can welcome you in person.

Check-out

by 10:00 a.m.
Please leave the key fob in the apartment when you depart and give us a quick call once you have left.

Late arrival (late check-in)

Arrival after 6:00 p.m. is possible by prior arrangement. In that case we place the key fob in the key safe and send you the access code and detailed check-in instructions in good time. We will be happy to welcome you in person the next day.

Traunkirchen

Each apartment has one parking space right by the house (barrier system). We will show you your assigned space on arrival.
Please note: very large vehicles (minibuses, vans, larger SUVs) cannot park directly at the house due to the narrow access road. Free public parking is available about 300 m away.

Ebensee

Each apartment has one free parking space right by the house. A second space can be reserved – subject to availability – for EUR 10.00 per night. Please contact us in good time before your arrival.

Please note: there is no room for bicycle trailers at our parking spaces, as the access road is very narrow. Please detach the trailer before parking.

Please handle the key fob with care and leave it in the apartment when you depart.

If you arrive late, you will receive an access code for the key safe along with detailed check-in instructions.

Many destinations in the Salzkammergut are easy to reach by public transport.

As our guest you receive a mobility voucher giving you discounted access to numerous public transport services in the region.

You will find all the details about the voucher, participating services and timetables in our digital guest folder.

The total amount is payable by bank transfer before your arrival. Once your payment has arrived, we will send you the payment confirmation and invoice by email.

Please note that the cancellation policy applies regardless of when payment is made.

Note: payment by credit card or PayPal is currently not possible.

As a rule, a minimum stay of 2 nights applies.

In high season we appreciate slightly longer stays:

Summer season: at least 3 nights
Christmas holidays: at least 5 nights

That leaves plenty of time to enjoy Lake Traunsee and the Salzkammergut at your leisure.

Dogs are very welcome in our apartments. One dog per apartment is allowed.

Please let us know before your arrival if you are travelling with a dog. We charge a flat fee of EUR 98.00 per stay for your four-legged friend.

In the event of extra cleaning effort or serious damage to the furnishings, we reserve the right to charge the corresponding costs separately.

Bed linen and towels are of course included and freshly made up for your arrival.

For longer stays we offer a weekly change of linen on request. Just let us know in person or by phone.

Final cleaning is included in the price – you do not need to worry about it.

We only ask that you do not leave larger amounts of rubbish in the apartment and that you leave it in a tidy condition.

All apartments are strictly non-smoking.

Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Please be considerate of other guests.

Each apartment comes with a small supply of coffee for your first days. Depending on the apartment, you will find a filter coffee machine, French press or moka pot.

The kitchens are fully equipped with crockery, cooking utensils, kettle, fridge and cooking facilities.

Laundry facilities are available in our houses.

Traunkirchen: washing machine and tumble dryer available.
Ebensee: washing machine available, no dryer.

The exact location will be explained on arrival or is described in your check-in instructions.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

We recommend taking a look even before you arrive!

Children up to their 4th birthday stay with us free of charge.

If you need a cot or an extra bed, please send us a short request before your arrival so we can check availability and prepare everything. We charge EUR 15.00 per cot.

Please help us keep our beautiful region clean by separating your waste.

Bins for residual waste and the main recyclables are located at or very close to the property. You will find the exact location in your check-in instructions.

We ask you not to leave larger amounts of rubbish in the apartment on departure. Thank you for your support!
